About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to maximize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate kitchen performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
- Engage with guests to receive feedback and enhance menu offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating diverse and high-quality dishes.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
