Our kitchen managers perform in a fast-paced,high energy environment.

Position Type:

• Full-time Monday-Saturday
• Kitchen Morning Manager 5:45am-3:30pm
• Kitchen Night Manager 3pm-11pm
• Must have Friday and Saturday availability

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Food Safety
• Food Quality
• Cleanliness
• Following Kitchen Systems/Procedures are followed
• Labor Budget
• Food Cost controls
• Inventory Controls

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Organized

• Meets Goals and Objectives
• Good Communicator
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
• Ipad/computer user
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, manager for a minimum of 1-3 years
• ServSafe Manager Certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
