Your Impact:
Lead daily BOH operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
Train and supervise kitchen staff with a focus on teamwork, safety, and efficiency
Maintain BOH cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards (ServSafe compliance)
Monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, and manage ordering and prep
Support a strong partnership with FOH leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Contribute to team morale through hands-on leadership and clear communication
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH Supervisor
Experience in upscale-casual or polished dining preferred
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
Knowledge of cost control, kitchen systems, and food safety best practices
ServSafe certified or willing to become certified
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
