Alutiiq Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified Kitchen Maintenance & Repair Technician to support facility operations under the Consolidated Facility Services (CFS) Task Order for the Department of State. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all kitchen systems, equipment, and machinery. This includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting and repairing OEM systems, as well as addressing any facility-related issues that arise. The role requires a combination of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to maintain a safe, functional, and efficient environment.
- Performs preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on kitchen systems and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient facility operations.
- Troubleshoots equipment failures and performs repairs to restore system functionality and minimize operational disruption.
- Conducts routine inspections of kitchen systems and identifies deficiencies or potential failures for corrective action.
- Supports minor facility repairs, including carpentry, drywall, and painting, to maintain the overall condition of the built environment.
- Adheres to all safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and Department of State policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Supports emergency response efforts, including after-hours or on-call support, as required to address system failures.
- Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, organized, and safe conditions.
- Assist with inventory tracking and materials management to support maintenance operations and cost control.
