Lead Cook | Pita Kitchen
We’re hiring a Lead Cook who can own the line and help keep our kitchen running at a high level. This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy Mediterranean restaurant where quality and consistency matter every shift.
You’ll run key stations during peak service, keep tickets moving, support and coach the cooks around you, and work closely with management on prep and daily production. We need someone who stays calm under pressure and sets a strong example.
What success looks like:
- Leading the line during busy lunch and dinner periods
- Maintaining consistent quality and speed
- Helping train and develop newer cooks
- Keeping stations clean, organized, and ready
Requirements:
- Solid high-volume kitchen experience
- Previous lead or senior cook experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of Mediterranean-style cooking a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and food-safety focused
