About the Role:From The Wagon LLC is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Seasonal Kitchen Help team member to join our crew in Antonito, CO! Responsibilities:- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and plating tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout each shift
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure sanitary conditions
- Restock kitchen supplies, ingredients, and prep stations as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support team members during high-volume service periods
- Properly store and label food items to minimize waste
Requirements:- Prior kitchen, food service, or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team-player attitude
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
