    Overview
    We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Designer / Inside Sales Consultant to guide clients through the kitchen remodeling process from first contact to final purchase. This role focuses on consultation, relationship-building, and sales—not creating technical designs.


    Responsibilities

    • Consult with clients to understand needs, style preferences, and budgets

    • Guide clients through the full project journey, from inquiry to order completion

    • Present kitchen products, finishes, and solutions with confidence

    • Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure a smooth process

    • Follow up with leads and manage inside sales pipeline

    Qualifications

    • Passion for kitchen design and home aesthetics

    • Proven inside sales or consultative sales experience

    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

    • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
