A growing kitchen company is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer or Team Leader who can work directly with clients to understand their needs, guide them through the design process, and create functional, beautiful kitchen solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design goals, preferences, and budget
Provide expert design guidance and recommend products, layouts, and materials
Develop kitchen designs that balance style, functionality, and customer needs
Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion
Follow up with clients and help convert design concepts into successful projects
Requirements:
Previous kitchen design experience required
Strong sales and customer service skills
Ability to consult with clients and confidently guide purchasing decisions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of kitchen layouts, cabinetry, and design trends preferred
