Shift & Availability
This position is for our late-night kitchen shift.
- Sunday–Wednesday: 9:00 PM–2:30 AM
- Thursday–Saturday: 9:00 PM–4:30 AM
- Must be available to work 5 days per week.
- Weekend and late-night availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare wings, tenders, fries, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Atomic Wings standards.
- Read order tickets accurately and prepare orders quickly.
- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Follow proper cooking times, temperatures, portion sizes, and recipes.
- Sauce, season, and package food accurately.
- Make sure every order is fresh, complete, and prepared correctly.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift.
- Clean fryers, equipment, prep areas, floors, and kitchen surfaces as required.
- Filter and maintain fryer oil according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Properly use cleaning chemicals and required safety equipment.
- Restock food, packaging, sauces, and other kitchen supplies.
- Immediately report equipment, food safety, or sanitation concerns to the manager on duty.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Complete closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, kitchen, or cooking experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning and kitchen duties.
- Comfortable working around fryers and hot kitchen equipment.
- Must be dependable and consistently available for late-night shifts.
- Food Handler Certification required or must be obtained after hiring.
