- Will be working with Machine Kettles that stir and cook dry ingredients, pouring in dry ingredients as prompted by screen indicator.
- Must be attentive and accurate when adding ingredients in the order specified on the paperwork provided for each mixture.
- Will document steps, down time and any other necessary notes as directed.
- Keep area clean at all times.
- Report any malfunctions or errors immediately if ever something occurs.
Experience and Qualifications Required:- Must have Current Food Handler Certification.
- Food production experience required.
- Ability to work with strong smells and dry/wet ingredients.
- Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours or more.
- Requires the ability to follow instructions, maintain Product Quality, there is heavy lifting of multiple 50 lbs bags of materials within our production Kitchens.
- You will need to be able to do basic mathematics and calculations, make documentation clearly and be aware of food safety concerns and issues.
- This is a critical position for Food Safety and Product Quality.
Starting Pay: $19.44 an hour Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
1:00pm to 10:30
Must be able to work OT when instructed by Company.
