Kitchen & Bath Designer

We're seeking a talented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. We’re on a mission to help our trade pro customers and their clients achieve outstanding project results. Our beautiful showroom is in the heart of the Dallas Design District. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping residential and builder customers transform their spaces by selecting the perfect cabinetry, countertops and finishes for their project. This person will be supported by our Account Managers who will gather all the initial details so you can create and work your design magic!

Key Responsibilities:

• - Able to work in a showroom setting supporting account managers with design and  sales presentations with the client. 
• - Utilize 20/20 Design software to create detailed layouts and visuals that align with customer preferences and requirements.
• - Collaborate with customers to select materials, finishes, and styles that best suit their design vision and functional needs. (access to plumbing, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, baths, and pools)
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• - Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and design techniques to effectively assist customers and provide expert recommendations.
• - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads.

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience in kitchen and bath, interior specialities 
• - Proficient in 20/20 Design software with the ability to create customized designs and layouts.
• - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers and conduct presentations with customers.
• - A keen eye for detail and a passion for design and home improvement working with high end to ‘ready to box’ products
• - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• - Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• - Able to sit, stand, walk in showroom, use computer tools and lift up to 40 lbs./Sample boards

•   The showroom is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30-5:00, Tuesday & Thursday, 7:30-7:00 (split day. Need only to work the one closing shift a week on Tuesday or Thursday). The showroom closed Saturday and Sunday.
