Pay Range: $15.38 - $17.68

• Offering rate will vary within the listed hourly range above. Supported by the Department budget & related experience/education

Role:

The Kitchen Assistant will aid in the overall functions of the Elder Center kitchen such as assisting with cooking and meal preparation, delivering meals to Elders homes, along with maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Must maintain a positive working relationship with Elder Center staff and guests by communicating in a respectful and helpful manner. Will assist with Elder Center activities, as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: Up to six months of applicable experience in a similar position.

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
