Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Were seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Hucks American Bar and Grill team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

What youll be doing

• Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 2:30pm to 11:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
