Position: Daycare Kindergarten Assistant Teacher
As a Kindergarten Assistant Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. Responsibilities 

• Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills 
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children 
• Degree or CDA in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred

Salary Range:
The hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $24.00, with compensation determined based on the candidate’s level of education.


Shift Schedule: 
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
