Strong understanding of:

• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Inventory Optimization
• Capacity Planning
• S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Supply Chain Analytics
• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Kinaxis solutions.
• Define solution blueprints aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Design scalable and sustainable planning models across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and IT teams to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve planning processes and supply chain performance.
• Facilitate design workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviews
• Oversee data model design, configuration, integration architecture, and performance optimization.
• Define integration strategies between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
• Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and custom developments.
• Lead solution implementation projects and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project estimations, roadmap planning, and solution governance.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor consultants, developers, and analysts on Kinaxis architecture and implementation methodologies.
• Stay updated with Kinaxis product enhancements and supply chain best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and advanced planning capabilities.
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging Kinaxis functionalities
