Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Kinaxis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise level solutions that drive business efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology initiatives with business goals and lead cross functional teams in delivering innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve business processes and systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams on best practices in architecture and design.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate architectural concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with Kinaxis, including implementation and optimization of its functionalities.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large scale enterprise solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certifications in enterprise architecture or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related role.
- Proven experience with Kinaxis is a deal breaker; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
