    Sunday Tuesday: 6: 00 PM 6: 00 AM
    Wednesday: 6: 00 PM 12: 00 AM (42 Hours Per Week)

    Position Overview
    We are seeking a dependable Kiln Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for monitoring kiln operations, transferring kiln cars, tracking production data, and ensuring the kiln operates safely and efficiently throughout the night shift.

    The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced industrial environment. Training on kiln software will be provided.
    Required Experience & Skills
    Basic computer skills and willingness to learn kiln software
    Ability to accurately read, record, and document production data
    Basic math skills
    Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
    Ability to work independently and remain focused throughout the shift
    Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
    Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    Monitor kiln operations and production data throughout the shift
    Safely transfer kiln cars in and out of the kiln
    Record operational data and maintain accurate production logs
    Utilize kiln software to monitor equipment performance (training provided)
    Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
    Use hand tools to assist with routine operational tasks
    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
    Assist with additional production duties as assigned
    Preferred Qualifications
    Previous manufacturing or industrial production experience
    Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery
    Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
    Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
    Physical Requirements
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
    Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
    Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment around production equipment
    Must be able to work the assigned overnight schedule and overtime as required
