About the Role:My Little Shop Kids Hairstyling in Chino, CA is looking for a fun, patient, and talented Kids Hair Stylist to join our team! If you love working with children and have a passion for creating great haircuts in a playful, welcoming environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:- Provide quality haircuts and styling services tailored specifically for children of all ages
- Create a fun, calm, and comfortable experience for kids and their parents
- Consult with parents to understand desired styles and meet expectations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe styling station at all times
- Build rapport with young clients to help ease anxiety and ensure a positive visit
- Stay current on trending children's haircut styles and techniques
- Support a welcoming, upbeat salon atmosphere for both clients and coworkers
Requirements:- Valid California Cosmetology or Barbering License required
- Experience cutting and styling children's hair strongly preferred
- Patient, energetic, and comfortable working with young children and toddlers
- Strong communication skills with both kids and parents
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children
