Passionate leader who loves seeing children grow in Jesus while equipping an amazing team of volunteers to do the same? We are looking for a relational, vision-driven Kid’s Corner Associate Director (Birth–Kindergarten) to shepherd our leaders and volunteers, nurture our families, and create vibrant, safe spaces where kids thrive.

The Mission (If One Accepts It):

The candidate isn't just managing programs; but building a thriving community of shepherd-leaders and ministry teams. The primary goal is to love, support, and empower our volunteers so they can, in turn, effectively disciple the children.

    The "Fun" Responsibilities:

    ·       Volunteer Cultivator (Shepherd-Leader): Identify, recruit, and coach new leaders, moving them from supporters to shepherd-leaders.

    ·       Team Cheerleader: Build community-based, high-energy teams through regular "huddles" and personal care (one-on-ones, prayer, and encouragement).

    ·       Strong Leadership Partner: Collaborate with the Children’s Ministry Director to craft a fun, Jesus-centered ministry vision, which includes epic events like VBS and holiday programs.

    ·       Family Partner: Equip parents to be the primary spiritual leaders at home.

    ·       Culture Creator: Foster a culture of appreciation and safety (handwritten notes, public praise, and rigorous safety checks and processes).

To Become Our Next Leader, One should:

    ·       Loves Jesus & Kids: One has a growing faith and a huge heart for nurturing children.

    ·       A People Person: Strong relational intelligence, communication skills, and a "shepherd's heart".

    ·       Coach: Experience in developing teams and delegating tasks effectively.

    ·       Experience: 3+ years in ministry/education leadership is preferred, but not critical.

    ·       Education: A degree in Bible, Theology, or Education is great, but a passion for discipleship is essential.
