Position Summary:The Kids Club Attendant provides a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents or guardians enjoy the amenities of Crunch Fitness. This role requires a warm personality, alert supervision, active play, and a commitment to upholding our Legendary Standards of service.Core Responsibilities:1. Child Supervision & Engagement
- Actively monitor and engage with children at all times
- Organize and facilitate age-appropriate games, crafts, and group activities
- Maintain a safe environment—immediately address any hazards or behavioral issues
- Ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures for every child
- Maintain accurate sign-in logs and emergency contact records2. Cleanliness & Safety
- Sanitize toys, surfaces, and high-touch areas between each shift and session
- Regularly inspect and maintain play equipment for safety and cleanliness
- Follow Kids Club cleaning checklist and log completion after each shift
- Ensure children wash hands upon entry and before snacks (if permitted)3. Parent Communication
- Greet parents with warmth and professionalism
- Notify parents promptly if child becomes ill, upset, or has a behavioral issue
- Answer questions regarding policies, procedures, or club amenities
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all conversations4. Policy & Procedure Compliance
- Adhere to all Crunch Kids Club rules and safety guidelines
- Follow club policy for child-to-attendant ratios
- Ensure no child is left unattended or released to an unauthorized adult
- Comply with emergency evacuation procedures and drills5. Legendary Service Culture
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for both kids and parentsENCOURAGE | EMPOWER | ENTERTAIN
- Role model positivity, patience, and care for the Crunch community
- Participate in seasonal events or club parties for children when requested
- Report any incidents or concerns to AGM/GM immediatelyQualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior childcare, camp counselor, or daycare experience preferred
- Must have required background check & credentials
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Friendly, patient, and proactive with strong communication skills
- Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periodsWorking Conditions:
- Part-time or full time shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must adhere to uniform standards and Crunch employee policies
- May be asked to help with club-wide family events or open houses
