The Kids Club Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Before and After School Kids Club Program by fostering a safe, engaging, and structured environment for children. This position involves leading recreational activities, assisting with homework, and providing general supervision during program hours. The role requires creativity, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills to positively influence the daily experiences of participating children. It is a part-time, seasonal position well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with youth in a dynamic and supportive setting.
Hours will be Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM - 9:00 AM or 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM for the before-school shift and 3:00 PM - 5:30 or 2:45 PM - 5:30 PM for the after-school shift.
