Reporting to the General Manager , the Keyholder is responsible for team members, merchandise, and guest experience. He/she will also be responsible for supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, while maintaining a high standard of service on the sales floor. You will work closely with both the General Manager and the sales staff in driving sales, facilitating and maintaining great guest relationships and delivering impactful feedback in the moment. Assisting in the analysis of store metrics and strategizing to ensure proper scheduling, floor coverage and behaviors on the shop floor.Responsibilities Assists General Manager in day-to-day operations and planning Demonstrate and lead an outstanding guest experience and establish a sales-focused culture Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category creating new clients and reactivating former ones Responsible for all shop opening and closing procedures Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor and leading by example Embraces diversity and inclusiveness through our people, guests and brand. Adhere to and uphold loss prevention systems to prevent all possible opportunities for loss and endangerment Ensure maintenance of cycle counts and inventory accuracy while working closely with inventory managers to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity in processing shipments and deliveries. Enforce company policies while adhering to proper procedure regarding disciplinary action Provides immediate "in the moment" feedback to all employees, through active floor presence and engagement.
