Footwise is part of ERHCo Inc - an Oregon-based, family-run business that operates retail shoe stores from Eugene to Hood River. WHAT WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES:
- Training rate, $18.00 per hour
- Upon completion of training, employees convert to 10% commissions on sales, with a guaranteed hourly rate threshold. With a guaranteed hourly rate threshhold. Performance based, with no cap on earnings.

HOURS:
- Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.
- Part-time position, below 30 hours per week offers scheduling flexibility KEY DUTIES:
- Minimum of one year in fashion retail, preferred
- One year of retail leadership experience, preferred
- At least two years of work experience involving cash handling, required
- Opening and closing duties
- Store merchandising
- Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Maintaining a high level of personal sales, setting the pace on the sales floor.
- Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary
- Inventory management
- Processing and reporting sales transactions
- Assist the manager with employee training and development.
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.
