Key Responsibilities
- Delegate, train, and monitor associates to ensure smooth store operations
- Open and close the store and complete the daily cash up and the end of day deposits
- Manage sales and returns on a daily basis
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered
- Support team members' personal and professional development
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail management experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership, communication, math and organizational skills
