Opening and closing the store
Following cash-handling procedures
Serving as Leader on Duty
Determining appropriate break times
Coaching and developing staff
Ensuring team productivity and task completion
Ensuring safety of all customers and staff
Signing in customers and explaining the buy process in detail
Sorting and pricing products customers bring in to sell to the store
Diplomatically explaining pass reasons and presenting the quoted offer to the customer
Accurately process transactions using cash-handling procedures
Tagging, hanging, and visually merchandising products
Managing fitting rooms
Following loss-prevention procedures as outlined by store management
