COTTONCITIZEN is looking for a skilled part-time sales associate to join our growing Wynn Plaza, Las Vegas team. This person should actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our products, be results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and client engagement. Understand current inventory levels to better serve clients and their needs.
Keep the sales floor organized and tidy. Ensure products are displayed following brand standards.
Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
Stay informed about new products and communicate this information to customers effectively.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.
Requirements/Qualifications
1-2 years retail sales experience with a similar contemporary-to-luxury market brand.
Advanced skills in communicating and selling.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
Demonstrated ability to manage and build client relationships.
Team player; Able to work collaboratively with other sales associates.
Detail oriented with a keen eye for detail in maintaining a tidy sales floor and inventory.
Reliable, hard-working individual.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
