Flamingo Joe’s is a fun, upbeat retail shop located at Broadway at the Beach, offering gifts, souvenirs, and apparel for both visitors and locals. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Key Holder to join our team.

We prefer applicants who are looking for a steady, longer-term position and are interested in working with us through the remainder of this year, into next year, and through future summer seasons and beyond.

Pay: $12.00–$14.00 per hour, based on verifiable experience

Key Holder Responsibilities

• Open and close the store
• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Keep the Store Manager informed of important store-related matters
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the sales floor
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Process and stock incoming merchandise
• Help maintain the overall appearance and organization of the store
• Assist with daily store operations and support the Store Manager as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience required
• Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
• Dependable and hard-working
• Strong team player with a good work ethic
• Comfortable taking responsibility and leading a shift
• Able to work independently or work effectively with other employees
• Must be at least 16 years old

Schedule & Availability

• Evening and weekend availability required
• Must have regular Saturday and Sunday availability

Current Store Hours

Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–8:30 PM
Friday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–9:30 PM

Store hours vary depending on the season and time of year.
