Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Key Holder-FOH Supervisor to join our team! As part of the supervisory team, you will be responsible for the front of the house operations and the consistent delivery of our service. You will contribute to the hiring, training, and supervising the front of the house staff, ensuring they reflect Mulberry Street's high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven restaurant experience, successfully working with front of the house staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage employees
- Oversee Front Of The House operations, coordinates with Back Of The House
- Implement procedures to ensure best quality of service to the guests
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Contribute to the development and coordination of various marketing efforts and community events
- Work closely with guests in planning their menus and managing their events
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management/supervisory experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to work effectively under fast paced pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
