Key Account Manager
Philip Morris International (PMI), through its Swedish Match affiliate, is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth across regional accounts and strengthen customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profit, market share, and distribution goals.
- Build relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities in merchandising, pricing, promotions, and category management.
- Analyze sales and market data to drive business decisions.
- Manage trade and promotional budgets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer growth.
- Coach and develop account representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or related field.
- Strong customer relationships, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Annual Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000, plus annual bonus eligibility
