    Wyo-Ben Pet is a new division of Wyo-Ben Inc. where we focus on the packaging of clumping cat litter. Wyo-Ben Pet’s new facility uses state-of-the-art equipment and offers a clean and safe work environment for employees which enables a critical focus on high quality finished product.
     
    Wyo-Ben Pet is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to grow and support key retail and private label customer relationships. This role is responsible for developing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating customer needs, and building strong partnerships that drive profitable business growth.
     
    What You'll Do
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and private label customers.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers to address inquiries, concerns, and opportunities.
    • Meet regularly with customers to understand their business objectives, product requirements, and future needs.
    • Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for increased sales and market expansion.
    • Lead or support customer presentations, proposals, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, forecasts, and business reviews.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and R&D teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
    • Monitor account performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
    • Represent Wyo-Ben Pet at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years of experience in key account management, business development, strategic sales, or related roles.
    • Experience in private label, consumer packaged goods (CPG), pet products, retail, or manufacturing preferred.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Financial and analytical skills with experience in pricing, forecasting, and profitability management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    Additional Requirements
    • Valid driver's license and passport required.
    • Up to 30% domestic and international travel.
    • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
