We are looking for a Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) to assist in administering medications and support our residents in the memory care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Essential Duties: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Take amazing care of our residents
Work Experience: - Certified Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA)
- CPR certification
- Previous experience in memory care or a similar setting preferred
- Strong understanding of medication administration procedures and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach and sit for long periods
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
