REPORTS TO AND EVALUATED BY Athletic Director

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior softball coaching experience preferred at the high school or college level Must be able to oversee the entire softball program with regards to philosophy, players, techniques, scheduling, special events, fundraising, etc Must undergo a background check and fingerprinting Must have a familiarity of MHSAA rules/regulations. (online rules meeting required) Be able to communicate effectively with team members, parents and the athletic director in regards to practice schedules, summer activity, contest travel, and team rules and expectations. Must effectively supervise bus and locker room situations. Assist in enforcing ALL team and school rules and regulations.
