What Youll Do
- Supervise and support adjudicated youth during daily routines and activities
- Escort residents to and from school, medical, and dental appointments
- Monitor residents during meals, recreational activities, and behavioral therapy groups
- Assist with hygiene routines, room checks, and documentation
- Support residents during religious services and nighttime routines
- Ensure safety and compliance with facility policies
- Maintain accurate records and report any incidents or concerns
What You Need
Required:- Valid Drivers License (front and back copy)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 professional references
- 2 Years of Experience
- Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background checks (FBI, PA Child Abuse, PA State Police)
Preferred:- Experience working with youth or in juvenile care settings
- Strong supervision and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules
