    Part-Time | Hourly | JusticeWorks YouthCare

    Part-Time: Some Evenings & Weekends Required
    Location: Allegheny County, PA
    Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

    Position Summary

    JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking an experienced Juvenile Justice Support Specialist to our team! In this role, you will provide direct support and guidance to at-risk youth and their families while helping bridge communication between the court system, service providers, and families.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Provide case management and support services to youth involved in the juvenile justice system
    • Develop individualized intervention and rehabilitation plans in collaboration with probation officers, counselors, and social workers
    • Monitor progress and compliance with court orders, probation terms, and intervention plans
    • Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
     
    What You’ll Need:
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
    • Ability to pass required background clearances
    • Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
    • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
