Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor Windows-based systems and cloud services
- Create, update, and manage user accounts and permissions
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve technical issues
- Monitor system performance and identify potential problems
- Perform routine software updates and system maintenance
- Assist with network administration and connectivity troubleshooting

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, systems administration, technical support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
