Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Junior Software Developer to join our team!Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate on a team of three developers working to enhance the Tracking Repository for Incoming Orders application.
Write code, develop features, and maintain the application.
Address user issues, fix bugs, and improve system performance.
Develop and implement monitoring tools and systems that detect potential issues before they lead to outages, ensuring system stability.
Adapt to a fast-paced, agile work environment.
Manage and update Docker containers to ensure efficient application deployment and scaling and to streamline the development process.
Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, whether related to code, infrastructure, or data, to maintain system functionality.
Implement best practices for data security and integrity to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
Engage in Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings, and adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a collaborative, iterative development process.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering. Seven (7) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Experience working with front-end technologies, including JavaScript.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
