What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site roof surveys for replacement projects, taking photos and completing digital assessment forms.
- Serve as the customer's main point of contact on installation day: greet them, set expectations, and keep them informed.
- Audit material deliveries for completeness the morning of each install.
- Enforce OSHA roof-safety standards with our roofing subcontractors (paid training and certification provided).
- Source and coordinate additional materials as needed during installation.
- Pick up surplus material after each job and return it to the supplier.
- Manage 2 to 3 roofing jobs per day, keeping each one moving and every customer happy.
What We're Looking For
- No experience required. We provide full training.
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (this role requires daily driving).
- Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized across multiple job sites in a day.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
- $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time, based out of our El Cajon office with daily travel to job sites across the branch.
