Junior Recruiter

You will use various channels to source and track potential candidates, conduct initial candidate screenings, build talent pipelines for future openings, and look for ways to increase the quality of our inbound candidate flow. It’s about developing a solid technical understanding and having the ability to read between the lines to fully understand the job and our clients’ needs.

Are you a customer service or "people person" who is looking for the next step in your career? 

As a Jr. Recruiter/Sourcer, you will handle the first stage of our recruitment process.  You will use various channels to source and track potential candidates, conduct initial candidate screenings, build talent pipelines for future openings, and look for ways to increase the quality of our inbound candidate flow.

At TRG, recruitment is not about reading requirements on a job description and doing a keyword search. It’s about developing a solid technical understanding and having the ability to read between the lines to fully understand the job and our clients’ needs.

You bring

• Customer service, sales, HR or staffing experience 
• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience is a plus but not required
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done

This is an excellent position to learn the fundamentals of recruiting.
