    Junior Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

    Compensation

    $180,000 – $275,000+

    Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for a Junior Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Dallas.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career transactional attorney looking to develop sophisticated experience in commercial real estate finance, secured lending, and real estate transactions while working alongside experienced attorneys and representing lenders, borrowers, investors, developers, and other sophisticated clients.

    Ideal Background

    1–3 years of real estate finance, commercial real estate, finance, or related transactional experience

    • Experience with or strong interest in commercial real estate lending and secured finance transactions

    • Experience representing lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, or financial institutions is preferred

    • Experience assisting with the drafting and negotiation of loan agreements, promissory notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, guaranties, security agreements, and other financing documents

    • Experience with acquisition financing, construction financing, refinancing, and other real estate-backed lending transactions is a plus

    • Familiarity with title, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence

    • Experience assisting with transaction closings and coordinating closing documents and deliverables

    • Strong drafting, research, analytical, and organizational skills

    • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent communication and client service skills

    J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

    Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
