Job Summary:
This role is responsible for performing incoming inspection and quality assurance on commodities and sub-assemblies to ensure conformance with drawings and specifications. The position involves working with a variety of materials, including mechanical, chemical, printed, and potentially bio-hazardous components, while adhering to safety and cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming commodities and sub-assemblies for compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Perform inspections on mechanical, chemical, printed, and bio-hazardous components.
- Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and interpret GD&T drawings.
- Conduct functional testing based on component drawings and test instructions.
- Ensure compliance with Client SH Procedures and cGMP guidelines.
- Interface with engineers on new product development, inspections, and non-conformance results.
- Perform routine assignments following standardized procedures under close supervision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for cell operations and functions.
- Communicate quality issues, ideas, and solutions effectively across all levels of management.
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance.
Required Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma required
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection environments
- Experience working with regulated environments (cGMP)
Required Skills:
- Experience using coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Ability to interpret GD&T drawings
- Strong attention to detail in inspection processes
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work within standardized procedures
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Additional Skills :
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
- Ability to work with diverse material types including bio-hazard components
- Documentation and record-keeping accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and quality teams
- Positive attitude and customer interaction skills
