Job Description

Assist Project Managers with all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Support budgeting, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation. Track project costs and assist with financial reporting. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor scopes. Help drive project schedules and maintain communication between field and office teams. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records. Build relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.

The Successful Applicant

Assistant Project Manager or Junior Project Manager experience within construction. Experience managing or significantly contributing to at least one to two completed projects. Background in either luxury residential or high-end commercial construction. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while supporting senior project leadership. Desire to grow into a Project Manager role long term.
