We are a leading elevator manufacturing company seeking an experienced and driven Junior Project Manager to Join our team in a role that blends project management with client-facing and sales support responsibilitiesAs our Junior Project Manager, you will:
- Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet output goals
- Monitor workflow and flag bottlenecks before they become problems
- Communicate between production teams, supervisors, and department leads
- Track inventory, materials, and equipment needs
- Help enforce quality control standards and safety procedures
- Maintain production reports and basic KPIs
- Jump in where needed — this role wears a few hats
We're seeking candidates with the following2-3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment
- Some exposure to scheduling, workflow coordination, or floor supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team player who communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure
- A genuine interest in growing into a full project management role
