Junior Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking Client

Duration: 12+ months contract to hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Must-Haves:

• 7+ years of industry experience
• Vendor management experience (THIS IS HUGE)
• Knows how to problem solve and interface with 3rd parties
• Agile Experience
• Governance
• 10/10 personality, communication skills, and soft skills

Day To Day:

• This PM will reside on the Employee Corporate Real-estate team in EET
• Interact with property vendors such as JLL
• Problem Solve, work with GIS and other security partners to ensure that vendors are compliant
• Will be expected to present to project leadership in a clear/concise way on a very regular basis showing excellent command of their area
• Will interface with multiple teams / TPMs /SMs to gather/understand status and be able to summarize succinctly

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $60 to $63 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
