Position Overview
The Junior Project Management Analyst, RA provides programmatic, administrative, and documentation support to PMS 339 in the execution of Requirements Analysis and MPT products. This role focuses on performing assigned tasks related to tracking and maintaining acquisition documentation, coordinating technical and program reviews, updating program schedules, and assisting in preparation of Navy training and manpower documentation in accordance with governing instructions and program requirements.

As a Junior Project Management Analyst supporting Requirements Analysis (RA), you will directly contribute to how the Navy defines, develops, and delivers training capabilities for current and future platforms. Your efforts help ensure that Sailors receive the right training, at the right time, with the right resources—supporting operational readiness across the fleet.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
