    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily administrative tasks assigned.

    • Assist with creating, printing, and updating Production Work Packages.

    • Maintain configuration control of released Production Work Packages.

    • Create purchase requisitions and approve purchase orders as required.

    • Coordinate with the Planning Supervisor and Operations Planning Manager to resolve production planning and control issues.

    • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.

    • Adhere to the company's Quality Management System, along with the ISO9001 and AS9100 quality standards.

    • Learn Fairlead Planning processes to prepare for the increased responsibilities of a Systems Manufacturing Planner.

    Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Other duties as assigned to support production and planning needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Introductory blueprint and manufacturing drawings understanding.

    • Ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning & Manufacturing Resource Planning software.

    • Experience with DELTEK Costpoint preferred but not required.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
