    Title: Junior Procurement Analyst

    Location: Alexandria, VA

    Responsibilities:

    • Support procurement and purchasing activities for government contracts and corporate operations
    • Process purchase requisitions for materials, equipment, software, services, and other requirements
    • Assist with RFQs/RFPs, obtain competitive quotations, and evaluate supplier responses for price, delivery, terms, and responsiveness
    • Prepare purchase orders and modifications for review and approval
    • Maintain complete procurement files supporting competition, price reasonableness, source selection, approvals, and FAR/DFARS compliance
    • Support supplier onboarding, representations and certifications, due diligence, and supplier records
    • Perform basic price analysis using competitive quotes, historical pricing, market research, and catalog pricing
    • Monitor open purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery, invoice, and documentation issues
    • Maintain procurement data in ERP/procurement systems and support CPSR readiness, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, contracts management, or related field
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain
    • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage multiple priorities, follow established policies and internal controls, and escalate issues appropriately
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to learn ERP, procurement, and supplier management systems
    • Government contracting experience or internship preferred
    • Basic understanding of FAR/DFARS and CPSR concepts; experience with Unanet,GovCon, Deltek Costpoint, or similar systems preferred
    • Familiarity with competitive sourcing, price analysis, and supplier management is preferred
    • US citizenship required
