Support supplier onboarding, representations and certifications, due diligence, and supplier records
Perform basic price analysis using competitive quotes, historical pricing, market research, and catalog pricing
Monitor open purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery, invoice, and documentation issues
Maintain procurement data in ERP/procurement systems and support CPSR readiness, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, contracts management, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage multiple priorities, follow established policies and internal controls, and escalate issues appropriately
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to learn ERP, procurement, and supplier management systems
Government contracting experience or internship preferred
Basic understanding of FAR/DFARS and CPSR concepts; experience with Unanet,GovCon, Deltek Costpoint, or similar systems preferred
Familiarity with competitive sourcing, price analysis, and supplier management is preferred
