This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who is looking to transition into a leadership role, expand a thriving practice, and work closely with senior leadership as part of a long-term succession strategy.

Position: Junior Partner – Trust & Estates Attorney
Practice Area: Estate Planning, Trust Administration & Wealth Planning

What You’ll Bring:

Active membership in the Florida Bar
Minimum 8+ years of Trust & Estates experience
Strong experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, and wealth transfer strategies
Ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters
Strong drafting, analytical, and client relationship skills
Interest in long-term leadership and practice development
