We are searching for the best talent for this Junior Market Access Manager - Immunology, based in Bogotá (Colombia)
Purpose: The role of this function is to support the development and implementation of market access strategies for core products in Colombia, working through a collaborative approach mostly with Marketing, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Key Account Managers teams.
You will be responsible for:
Being the local point in Country Value Team (CVT) meetings for specific products in the Immunology Franchise
Support the right implementation of health economics and market access strategies for payers, including customer facing activities and materials to demonstrate product(s) value proposition;
Defines the needs of health economics data generation aligned with brand strategies and in a collaborative approach with Core Value Team members and Regional Team;
lead all aspects of the development of technical dossiers and other technical tools to be worked with payers seeking to support the decision-making process;
Lead pricing strategy for in-line and new products launch and development of pricing dossiers, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Core Value Team members
Qualifications:
Education Level required: University degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Economics, Pharmacy, Medical, Scientific Background or related areas
Previous experience in Market Access (2 years) desired and solid knowledge on the Colombian healthcare systems.
Strong analytical skills
