Role Snapshot
- Run and learn to run radial drills, saws, and cylindrical grinders.
- Assist with machine setup for production runs—coached and supported.
- Read blueprints/drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
- Measure features using hand metrology tools to confirm specs.
- Inspect your work and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a tidy, safe workstation and follow all safety/quality processes.
Must-Haves
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn machining.
- Ability to work safely with shop equipment and hand tools.
