What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective clients and conduct sales meetings by phone or Zoom.
- Learn to identify client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Build relationships through professional communication and consistent follow-up.
- Guide clients through applications and follow cases through underwriting.
- Apply coaching and proven sales processes to improve your performance.
- Manage your appointments, client relationships, and sales activity independently.
What We're Looking For
- An active state life insurance license required to sell coverage.
- Some experience in life insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- A coachable mindset and a desire to improve.
- Self-discipline, organization, and a commitment to consistent activity.
- A client-first approach built on integrity and trust.
